Lease and/or Management of Conference/Convention Facilities

⁠⁠⁠LIVING CITY is a transformative urban renewal project in Devonport, being sponsored by Devonport City Council. Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited for the following contract: Lease and/or management of conference/convention facilities

The conference/convention facilities are located within an iconic new multi-purpose building, being delivered by Devonport City Council, as part of Stage 1 of the LIVING CITY urban renewal project.
