Tender Description
Quotations are invited from suitable organisations for a Retail and Hospitality Assessment for the City of Subiaco’s Town Centre.
Quotations shall be submitted on the standard quotation form and shall be in accordance with the specifications which can be obtained from the City’s website www.subiaco.wa.gov.au or collected from the City of Subiaco, 241 Rokeby Road, Subiaco WA 6008 between 8.30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Quotations shall be contained in a sealed envelope endorsed with the appropriate quotation number and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, and either mailed to PO Box 270, Subiaco WA 6904, hand delivered to the address stated in the RFQ, or submitted online at www.tenderlink.com/subiaco. Quotations must be received on or before 2.00pm, Wednesday 15 April 2015.
