EOI for Manufacture, Supply and Installation of Truck Service Bodies and Accessories to Ergon Energy Cab Chassis Trucks

⁠⁠⁠Ergon Energy is seeking Expressions of Interest for PCP 119.

It is Ergon Energy’s intention to have the manufacture, supply and installation of truck service bodies and accessories to Ergon Energy cab chassis trucks undertaken by a number of pre-approved service providers from Preferred Contractor Panel Number PCP 119 who will be invited to quote for work as it arises.

The decision by Ergon Energy to issue an invitation to quote to individual panel members will be based on assessment of the panel member’s capability, experience, previous performance, existing workload and ability to deliver in a timely manner.

Where possible, similar service body layouts will be batched for quotation to drive consistency and scales of economy.

Generally, although tray and accessory configurations may vary, the actual accessories required to be fitted will be standardized (i.e. ladder racks, work-lights etc). The Ergon Energy “Fleet Management Standard Construction and Accessory Manual” details the standard requirements and accessories for any work undertaken to Ergon Energy vehicles.

Ergon Energy intends on retaining PCP 119 as an ongoing arrangement for a period of up to five (5) years.  The expected commencement date for this Panel Arrangement is 1 July 2015.

The term of appointment shall be at the discretion of Ergon Energy.  Ergon Energy reserves the option to appoint additional panel members if required, or to remove panel members due to poor performance.
