Commercial Real Estate Panel

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for Contract No. 2512 – Commercial Real Estate Panel.

The intent of this contract is to provide Council with a panel of real estate agents who will provide expert advice and information on real estate market conditions and available commercial/industrial properties and/or land for sale or lease within the Cairns Regional Council region (region) as required, to support Council in attracting investment into the region.

All tender documentation is available from tender@cairns.qld.gov.au. Please send an email with your full company and contact details requesting the tender documentation, noting Tender 2512 in the subject line.

Tenders are to be in a sealed envelope and endorsed "Tender 2512 – Commercial Real Estate Panel" and shall be addressed to the undersigned and a hard copy lodged, posted or delivered by a recognised courier having a direct delivery service to Council's Administration Building, 119-145 Spence Street, Cairns, so as to be received in the tender box before the closing time of 4:30pm Thursday 23 April 2015. Tenders will not be opened publicly.

The lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.
