Tender Description
Tenders are invited and will be received p to 2pm Tuesday 21 April 2015 for; The supply and spraying of bituminous emulsion rejuvenators to asphalt and sprayed seal pavement surfaces. The spraying works will be at various locations throughout the Newcastle local government area. The contract is for the period 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2017.
Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to the Council by the deadline, 2.00 pm on TUESDAY 21 APRIL 2015 (at the Tender Box). Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tender lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.
