Tender Description
The scope of works is to install 21 electrical smart meters within a selection of high energy use buildings across Defence Bases in the Northern Territory. The smart meters, modems, aerials and SIM cards will be provided by Defence.
In addition to these works Defence is seeking to investigate and fix poor reception issues experienced at Robertson Barracks with existing sub meters installed in 55 building sites.
The scope of works has been defined and includes:
Supply, install and commission electrical sub meters at:
* Larrakeyah Barracks;
* RAAF Darwin;
* Mt Bundey Training Area; and
* Robertson Barracks.
Test existing sub-meters at Robertson Barracks with high gain antennae and report results; and Permanently install external antennae to meters to improve transmission to acceptable levels.
