Provision of Corporate & Retail Catering Services to the Clipsal 500 Adelaide

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest are sought from suitably qualified organisations for the Catering supply rights for the purpose of providing Corporate and Retail Catering to the South Australian Motor Sport Board for the 2016 Clipsal 500 Adelaide event and continuing until the 2018 event, subject to satisfactory performance.

The Clipsal 500 Adelaide currently entertains approximately 24,500 corporate guests across the 4 days in approximately 100 corporate suites both Exclusive and Syndicated.

The event also has a strong need to provide Retail catering options to meet the needs of the large numbers of Grandstand, Premium Trackside & General Admission patrons.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following;

* Exclusive Facilities including pit building and pit exit suites

* Retail Plan
* Food Hubs by Location
* Food outlets, food hubs
* Food Variety
* Food trends and culture

A comprehensive Scope of Works will be provided to the applicants chosen to proceed to the tendering stage.
