Tender Description
The Queensland Government is seeking: Prequalified TMR road construction contractors at levels R3 F5 and above are invited to tender for the following overtaking lane project located on the Bruce Highway between Marlborough and Kunwarara: 276/10F/1 - Construction of northbound and southbound overtaking lanes on Bruce Highway 10F Chainage 93.61 ~ 95.48 km.
Major works include formation widening, in-situ stabilisation, drainage improvements, bitumen surfacing, signage installation, and clear zone clearing. Tenderers are notified only prequalified contractors will be allowed access to the tender documents.
A compulsory Pre-lodgement meeting will be held at 11:00am on 15 April 2015 at the Department of Transport and Main Roads Rockhampton Office located at 31 Knight Street, North Rockhampton, QLD 4701.
Tenderers are advised that the Building Code 2013, Queensland Code and Queensland Guidelines apply to this tender.
