Eurobodalla Shire Council is seeking tenders from parties interested in providing a warehouse to lease. The warehouse should be located within 5 kilometres of Council’s Administrative Offices at 89 Vulcan Street, Moruya with a minimum storage area of 500sqm, a separate office and accessible toilet facilities and be available for lease for a term of ten years with a five-year option.

Tenders will be received up to 2pm Wednesday, 22 April 2015.
