Tender Description
Supply and delivery of bulk diesel and E10 unleaded to Council’s Depot, Jones Street Ayr. Applicants can lodge a submission for all or part thereof of this tender.
Tenders closing at 2pm Thursday April 23, 2015 are invited for the supply and delivery of materials and services to Council as listed below.
Specifications and conditions of tendering are available from the Council Depot, Jones Street, Ayr or by contacting Alan Drew on (07) 4783 9860 or fax (07) 4783 6052 during the hours of 7am to 4pm, or by emailing alan.drew@burdekin.qld.gov.au.
Council reserves the right to invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with Section 177 of the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulation 2010.
Tenders sealed and endorsed as set out in the specifications may be delivered by post or directly placed in the tender box located at the Burdekin Shire Council Administration Building, 145 Young Street, Ayr no later than 2pm Thursday April 23, 2015. Submission and acceptance of tenders shall be in accordance with the relevant specifications.
