Tender Description
The Principal Consultant is to provide Services relating to deliverables from Schematic Design through to the Construction and Post Completion Stages for the redevelopment of the High Dependency Unit (HDU) for the Adult Acute Mental Health Service (AAMHU).
The High Dependency Unit (HDU) is an intensive care area which is a lockable area within a mental health inpatient facility, designed to provide for the safe management of involuntary patients requiring a higher level of individual care.
Consultants are requested to provide a two part submission addressing the selection criteria included in the Conditions of Offer –
The stages of design are initially SD and DD, with the other stages engaged at project approval.
THHS reserves the right to engage the principal consultant on a two stage basis,
* Stage 1 SD and DD,
* Stage 2 CD, CA, TE, CN, PC
