Remount Road Depot Removal of Asbestos Roof and Reconstruction of the Roof Structure

⁠⁠⁠The City of Launceston is seeking tenders from experienced contractors for the removal of asbestos contained in the roof of the Remount Road Depot Store and the reconstruction of the roof. The proposed works involve the removal of approximately 1260m2 of asbestos roofing materials and the removal of highlight windows, purlins and box gutters. The works also involve the reconstruction of the roof including installation of new purlins, new box gutters, roof sheeting and associated works.

Tender documents, which also includes the process for receiving and assessing all tender submissions will be available on Wednesday 18 March 2015 from 9:00am at our Customer Service Centre, St John Street, Launceston or by calling 03 6323 3000. Tender documents will also be available to download (see download option below).

Tenders close at our Customer Service Centre on Wednesday 15 April 2015 at 2.00pm.

Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
