Safely provide data collection, annotation, and analytics at the Project utilizing a UAV platform with autonomous capabilities while adhering to the affiliated CASA regulations. SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide aerial photography and mapping services based on the requirements detailed below:
* Provide nominal training to existing designated Project personnel to minimize the number of additional on-site support personnel required; Nominal training shall include a practical, hands-on component to validate comprehension and ability;
* Establish operating parameters of the UAV based on environmental condition data captured at the Project;
* Set flight plans for the UAV to cover areas defined by Project personnel in Onslow (Western Australia);
* Conduct daily flights per flight plans. Capture and process data for use at the Project;
* Ensure a quality control process is in place to validate the accuracy of data gathered during UAV missions.;
* Generate and issue daily georeferenced photos from flight plans to Project personnel;
* Convert processed data into 3D model views and demonstrate correlation with existing plant 3D model; and
* Provide a secure data transfer platform with an execution strategy for web based access/distribution and mobile device access/distribution.
