The University of Queensland is seeking proposals for a massively parallel benchtop sequencer capable of producing up to 120 gigabases of genomic data in a single day.
Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:
* Illumina sequencing platforms
* NextSeq 500 System
It does not include benchtop sequencing applications which utilize Sanger or Sanger-like chemistries (i.e., Ion Torrent and Proton Torrent sequencing chemistries).
