Tender Description
Council requires a suitably experienced and qualified organisation for the design and construction of a synthetic turf football (soccer) pitch at Lynwood Park, St Helens Park, including removal of the existing playing surface/s.
The works are to include the design, construction and installation of the following:
* Proposed synthetic sports field to meet the specified sports standards
* Subsurface drainage
* Ancillary equipment
* Maintenance for the first 2 years
* Testing to FIFA 1 Star standards
