Tender for the Refurbishment of Library Building - Stage 1

⁠⁠⁠Description: Local Government Procurement Pty Ltd (LGP) on behalf of Wollondilly Shire Council invites suitably qualified companies to submit a tender for the Refurbishment of the Library Building-Stage 1 located at 62-64 Menangle Street, Picton NSW.

Tender Briefings: A Tender briefing will be held on 26th March 2015 commencing at 8am. The tender briefing is not compulsory but Tenderers are strongly recommended to attend.

Note: Tenderers should be at the main entry of the library at 7.50am on the day for registrations. From 9am-10am the briefing meetings will be held in the Gallery in Council’s Administration Building at 42 Menangle Street, Picton.

Site Meetings: Site Meetings will commence one week after the tender briefing session. Attendance at site meetings will be held Tuesday and Thursday mornings between 7am and 10am only. Site Meetings will be co-ordinated with Council. Council contact details will be provided at the Briefing meeting.

Deadline: RFT close at 10:00am on 28th April 2015.

Lodgement: Submissions should be lodged in the Electronic Tender Box on this website

by the time and date nominated. Late, emailed or facsimiled submissions will not be accepted.

Canvassing of any LGP directors or employees, or Wollondilly Shire Council members or officers involved in the RFT, will disqualify tenderers from the RFT process.

Submissions will be assessed against a number of selection criteria. The lowest or any RFT will not necessarily be accepted.
