Tender Description
The Smith Family invites Request for Proposal (RFP) for contracted service delivery for the Raymond Terrace and Karuah Communities for Children Facilitating Partner (CfC FP) initiative, supporting the development and wellbeing of children aged 0-12 years and their families.
We are seeking providers to deliver services in the areas of Raymond Terrace, Karuah, Tanilba Bay Lemon Tree Passage and Hawks Nest Tea Gardens, for the 1 July 2015 30 June 2017 period.
All applications must address one of the three Priorities as identified in our Community Strategic Plan 2015-2019 and must be submitted by 2pm Thursday April 9.
