Provision of Sanitary & Hygiene

⁠⁠⁠Council provides sanitary and hygiene services to approximately 80 facilities and 34 public toilets within the Melton municipality, which currently extends over 530 square kilometres.

Our facilities are predominantly located in Melton and Caroline Springs areas; however facilities also extend to Eynesbury, Diggers Rest, Toolern Vale, Rockbank, Hillside, Taylors Hill and Burnside.

Services exist within our civic & community buildings, preschools & maternal child health centres, public toilets, leisure & sports facilities.

We require a qualified contractor to supply and service the following items;

* Sharps
* Sanitary
* Nappy
* Air fresheners
* Vending machines

Council may also require the contractor to perform periodic tasks such as WC and urinal deep cleaning based on a schedule of rates.

The current contract expires on 30th June 2015 and the shortlisted parties will be invited to tender on completion of the revised specifications.
