Tobruk Memorial Pool Lease/Manage and/or Construct/Develop Adjoining Land

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking suitably qualified operators to lease and manage the Tobruk Memorial Pool and its associated aquatic facilities and to development and construct complementary facilities on a parcel of land, of approx. 1700m2 that adjoins the Pool. Tenderers are welcome to attend an information session at Council Chambers on 25 March 2015 at 5:30pm.

Submissions are to be in a sealed envelope and endorsed "Contract 2513 - Lease & Management of Tobruk Memorial Pool and associated Aquatic facilities; and/or Lease of Land for construction and development on land adjoining Tobruk Memorial Pool." and shall be addressed to the undersigned and lodged, posted or delivered by a recognised courier having a direct delivery service to the Council Chambers, 119-145 Spence Street, Cairns, so as to be received in the Tender Box before the closing time of 4.30pm on 15 April 2015. Submissions will not be opened publicly.

Council reserves the right not to proceed after the initial tender.
