Request for Proposal for Cafe and Catering Services at Fonterra's New Home at Fanshawe St, Auckland

⁠⁠⁠The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to invite vendors from the commercial cafe management and catering industry ("Respondents") to propose how they would supply cafe and catering services that meet Fonterra's requirements for its new global headquarters at the corner of Fanshawe and Halsey Streets in Central Auckland ("New Home").

Fonterra is seeking a Respondent capable of meeting the key nutrition partner attributes that it has identified in this RFP to deliver on its aspirations for its New Home.

Please indicate by no later than 5PM on Tuesday the 17th of March whether or not you intend to participate in this RFP by sending an email confirming this to tara.fontanilla@fonterra.com

The RFP is being run in two phases, with the First Phase resulting in a select group of successful Respondents being invited to participate in the Respondent Briefing and to submit documentation required for the Second Phase. Second Phase respondents and evaluation activities noted above will be completed by Fonterra prior to deciding a Respondent shortlist for further consideration.
