The Gold Coast Waterways Authority (GCWA) requests an Expression of Interest (EOI) from potential private operators for its significant project, the proposed Coomera Dredge Spoil Management Facility (CDSMF), located at 91 Shipper Drive, Coomera, Queensland.
The purpose of the (EOI) is to determine potential market interest, obtain facility operating options and project delivery options from relevant and experienced organisations, with a view to reaching an agreement between that organisation and the GCWA, for the delivery and operation of the CDSMF. (refer to the attached EOI documents)
This EOI is not a short listing request. It is a Request For Information (RFI) and an opportunity for potential Developer and Operators to express an interest in building and operating this project. A response to this request does not oblige a potential Developer or Operator to participate in the subsequent procurement process; however a failure of a potential Operator or Developer to respond to this EOI request will exclude them from further participation in the project. Response to this EOI does not oblige GCWA to include any potential Operator or Developer in future tendering and negotiations regarding this project.
