Tender Description
Kiama Municipal Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the decommissioning of Jerrara Creek Dam.
The work required under the Contract includes but is not limited to the following:
Environmental Management
Disconnection of existing piezometers, cables and telemetry equipment.
Excavation & Beaching of Embankment.
Erosion Protection Works including Rock Placement.
Construction of a reinforced concrete training wall to protect the horse riding school from flood waters passing through the breached embankment.
Dismantling and removal of intake tower mechanical and electrical equipment, access bridge and associated metal structures Intake tower fencing.
