Bethanie has 60 years' experience in customer service and care and is today located across 24 locations in Perth and Regional Western Australia, with 1017 residential suites, 752 ILU's / Villas, Apartments, almost 250,000 hours of HACC and Respite Care, over 430 Care Packages, 252 supported housing units and a Customer Services Centre that looks after 250,000 inbound and outbound calls per annum. Bethanie employs over 2000 staff and volunteers, local people supporting local people and provides core products and services that promote a great quality of life and proven excellence in customer service and care.
Bethanie is Western Australia's largest not for profit Aged Care and Retirement living provider, offering a continuum of high quality service from care in the home, social centre's', affordable housing and residential aged care across Perth and Regional Western Australia.
Services at Bethanie include: Residential Aged Care, Community Care, Retirement Villages, Affordable Housing, CACP'S(Care Packages now called Level 2 and Level 4), HACC (Support in the home such as Domestic Assistance), Lifestyle Villages, Independent Living Units, Therapy Services, Aged Care, Social Centre's', DOH-NRCP-Respite, Customer Care and Service.
