Tender Description
The purpose of this voyage is to transfer personnel and mixed freight, including food (frozen and dry goods) and fuel, to Willis Island, and return personnel, mixed freight and waste to the mainland. The passengers include a minimum of six (6) Bureau personnel, with a preference of up to eight (8) available berths.The objective is to complete the voyage & changeover mission, over seven (7) days; this includes two (2) days at Willis Island.
