Systems Integration and Patient Portal

⁠⁠⁠The Sydney Children's Hospital Network - Westmead (SCHN-W) is seeking a vendor to provide an integrated system to support a patient portal incorporating entertainment, communications and access to all clinical systems and specified patient management systems across SCHN-W.

This patient portal shall have/contain the capacity for integration with existing systems for patient management, free to air TV, entertainment on demand, starlight channel and other specific streamed local channels, food services, billing, payments, donor systems, electronic signature for documents, scheduling, way-finding, results and communication  via SMS, Email, Microsoft Lync/Skype,  Internet and Education Streams.

The successful tenderer is to create or source a patient and provider portal model to integrate with SCHN-W systems existing at SCHN-W to enable communication and care with capability for accessing  from within the hospital or home by patients and staff, on PCs and mobile devices.
