Tender Description
The City of Launceston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified consultants to provide detail design, permit approval and construction documentation services for the redevelopment of Macquarie House, located in Civic Square Launceston. The City of Launceston is seeking to appoint a Lead Consultant to deliver the project, with the required sub-consultants to be engaged by the successful Tenderer.
The Request for Tender documentation outlining the services required, submission requirements, lodgement process and assessment details, will be available from Monday 23 February 2015 from 9.00am.
Interested parties wishing to receive the Request for Tender documentation are required to register with the Council Officer noted below.
Tenders close on Friday 20 March 2015, at 2.00pm AEST.
Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
