Tender Description
Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from organisations wishing to be pre-registered to tender for the proposed contract for a Modular Pre-fab Building Contractor with D&C ability to develop a concept through to final design.
Future scope of work includes projects anywhere in NSW including highly remote locations.
The proposed contract will incorporate the GC21 or MW21 General Conditions of Contract, which are available on the ProcurePoint website.
The Principal in the proposed contract (referred to in this Request for EOI as ‘the Principal’) will be State of New South Wales, represented by the Commissioner of Police, NSW Police Force ABN 43 408 613 180.
