The provision of workplace support services for Chevron employees, designed to assist in the identification and resolution of productivity problems, associated with employees, who are impaired by personal concerns, including health, marital, family, financial, alcohol/drug, emotional, stress and other problems that may adversely affect job performance.

Chevron’s Health and Medical requirements are comprised of the following services:

* Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling
* Workplace Support Services
* Critical Incident Response Support
* Manager/Supervisor Support Services
* Corporate Psychology Services

The vendor will provide all required materials and equipment to satisfactorily complete each work package.
