Expressions of Interest From suitably qualified building contractors to be selected on the tender list for the Proposed Stage 2 construction works at their school in Gladstone, QLD.
The proposed new works consist of: * Construction of a new 2 storey Art and Science building of approx. 535m2 including associated services and landscape work. Tenders will be invited in early April 2015 for construction commencing in late May 2015.
Please provide a concise summary of previous school experience, work in progress, value of projects and references.
