Tender Description
Quotations are invited from suitably experienced and qualified architecture and urban design professionals to provide consulting services for the review of the design quality of development applications and strategic planning projects within Hornsby Shire.
The establishment of an expert panel will coincide with the adoption of Clause 6.8 Design Excellence in to the Hornsby Local Environmental Plan 2013 which may occur between April and June 2015.
Panel members would be required to provide advice and attend meetings in relation to:
Development proposals with a building height of 10 or more storeys;
Development projects that are referred to a Joint Regional Planning Panel; and
Significant strategic projects, such as the review of planning controls and guidelines.
