The Council of the City of Sydney ("Council") invites tenders for the carrying out of service and maintenance of the Goulburn Street Parking Station SKIDATA Equipment in accordance with this request for tender.

The Council is seeking business specific and experienced organisations to tender for the comprehensive service and maintenance of the Goulburn Street Parking Station SKIDATA Equipment.

Goulburn Street Parking Station is one of the most prominent car parks in the Sydney City Southern Area, with 728 spaces and 14 motorcycles spaces over five (5) levels. Car park customers are mainly CBD workers, hotel guests, shoppers, theatre and restaurant patrons. The current operator of the Parking Station is Secure Parking.

Goulburn Street Parking Station enjoys high occupancy levels with generally over 1,000 patrons each day. To ensure acceptable service levels are maintained for these visitors, it is essential that the equipment is fully operational with minimum breakdowns incurred.

The tender submission should deliver a concise response focusing on the mandatory requirements (i.e. completion of the schedules) and Goulburn Street Parking Station specific information (i.e. quarterly comprehensive preventative maintenance & comprehensive reactive maintenance).
