Offers are invited for the execution and completion of the River Vista Crescent and John Oxley Reserve Recreation Trail Renewal Projects, Murrumba Downs.
A summary of the works is as follows:
* River Vista Crescent, Murrumba Downs Recreation Trail Renewal from an existing earth trail to an asphalt surface on a compacted roadbase foundation running approximately 130 metres from the end of the concrete ramp at the River Vista Crescent trail entrance to the timber boardwalk on the South Pine River. Works will include specified drainage infrastructure (dip grades) incorporated into the asphalt surface.
* John Oxley Reserve, 2 Ogg Road Murrumba Downs Trail Renewal. The trail runs from the John Oxley reserve car park down to the timber boardwalk on the South Pine River. The larger portion of this trail is an existing asphalt surfaced trail with lesser portions of the trail having a gravel surface. The project will upgrade gravel sections of the trail to an asphalt surface on a compacted roadbase foundation and the existing asphalt surface sections of the trail will be cleaned, have an emulsion primer and corrector course applied and then resurfaced with asphalt. Works will include specified drainage infrastructure (dip grades) incorporated into the asphalt surface.
