⁠⁠⁠The Town of Claremont currently owns a vacant block of land situated at 151 (Lot 15) Claremont Crescent Swanbourne.

The property currently provides a compensating basin for the catchment of storm water.

The Town will be installing alternate storm water retention methods (side entry and bubble up pits) along Claremont Crescent between Franklin and Servetus Street Swanbourne.

These works will cause this property to be surplus to its requirements and should an acceptable offer be received, realise the value of this asset and reallocate the funds for other purposes.

The purpose is to seek Expressions of Interest from parties who are interested in purchasing the property. The property is being offered to the market ‘as is’ basis.
