Lease of Grazing Land

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are called and will be received by the undersigned up until 4.00pm, Monday, 2nd March 2015 for lease of grazing lands as listed below:
(a) Approx 1 hectare behind Gundagai Saleyards – William Street
(b) Approx 4.8 hectares surrounding Lawn Cemetery – William Street
(c) Approx. 8 hectares at South Gundagai (South Gundagai Recreation Reserve).
(d) Approx. 2 hectares known as Mellis’ paddock adjoining Punch & Bourke Streets.

Lease will be for two (2) years with option for a further two years. Leases will commence on 1st April 2015.

Lessees will be responsible for maintenance of fencing, noxious weed control and supply of water.

Tenders are to be placed in the tender box at Council Chambers, 255 Sheridan Street, Gundagai.
