Supply of One (1) Only State-Of-The-Art Side Loading Waste Compaction Vehicle

⁠⁠⁠The RFT is for the supply and delivery of a state-of-the-art side loading waste compaction vehicle (6 x 4 cab-chassis, up to 24,000kg GVM, dual steering, dual control, one person operation) including the provision of manuals and commissioning period training.

For the purposes of this contract "state-of-the-art" refers to the incorporation of the newest ideas and features available in the waste collection industry for operational safety, fuel efficiency and reduced running costs.

Tenderers must tender lump sum prices for a waste compaction vehicle, a workshop maintenance manual and a spare parts manual.

Waste compaction vehicle: The lump sum price for the waste compaction vehicle is to include all costs to carry out the following:

* Supply of one (1) only state-of-the-art side loading waste compaction vehicle meeting specified operational requirements, safety requirements and finish requirements
* Delivery and registration
* Supply of an operator manual/work procedures and other specified ancillary documentation
* Commissioning as specified
* Product support as specified

Workshop maintenance manual: The lump sum price for the workshop maintenance manual is to include all costs to supply a workshop manual and periodic maintenance checklist meeting the specified requirements.

Spare parts manual: The lump sum price for the spare parts manual is to include all costs to supply a spare parts manual meeting the specified requirements.
