Licence Agreement to Manage/Operate the Beenleigh Town Square Markets

⁠⁠⁠Beenleigh Town Square project will include a designated open-air market space prominently located along the City Road and Kent Street axis. The markets will create a vibrant atmosphere and experience for customers in keeping with the Beenleigh Town Square vision.

Council seeks to engage a market operator for the Beenleigh Town Square Precinct with the relevant experience in managing and operating urban markets of a similar size and type.

Council will issue a license to the successful operator for a period of two (2) years commencing in mid-2015 with an option to extend for a further one (1) year.

The final date for accepting questions regarding this tender via, any medium including but not limited to LG Tenderbox Forum, is Thursday, 26 February 2015. Any questions after this date will not receive a response.
