Request for Tender – Magisterial Services Headquarters in Port Moresby (Master Plan Consultant)

The Government of Australia is providing support under the Joint Understanding between Australia and PNG on further bilateral cooperation on health, education and law and order to the Government of Papua New Guinea to develop key capital infrastructure investments in the health, education, law and justice and transport sectors. The Government of Australia has committed to lead and undertake the upfront master planning, scoping, design and feasibility assessments associated with infrastructure investments and related works. To support the implementation of these investments a Technical Enabling Unit has been established to provide technical advice and services.

Cardno Emerging Markets (Australia) Pty Ltd (Cardno), through the Technical Enabling Unit, is seeking a master planning and design consultancy team to prepare a Master Plan for a Magisterial Services Headquarters building in the National Capital District, Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.

This application process is open to companies that meet the criteria detailed in the tender documentation.
