Tender Description
Expressions of interest are invited from persons or organisations to lease the Clandulla Tennis Clubhouse Building and facilities located at 5 Mead Street Clandulla. Council will consider varied uses for the site and facilities which are not limited to sporting activities.
Submissions should include detail on the proposed use, annual lease amount and references.
The successful application will be subject to the terms of a standard leasing arrangement that will be determined through agreement with Council.
All submissions should be marked ‘Confidential’ and to the attention of the General Manager and forwarded to Mid-Western Regional Council, PO Box 56 Mudgee NSW 2850.
