Tender Description
Quotations required from Sub contractors and suppliers for the redevelopment of Eltham Town Square project which will include the following:
New 80 seat cafe/ restaurant, free standing amenities block, Hard and Soft landscaping along with Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulic trades.
Project will be staged to allow surrounding businesses to remain in operation.
