Council is seeking suitable tenders for the Operation of the Roma Saleyard Canteen to provide suitable food and beverages for customers for all normal operational hours of canteen are on Pre sale days, being Monday night and on the nominated sale days of Tuesday, Thursday and Special Sale Days that are to be negotiated with the Saleyards Manager.
