NSW Trade & Investment, Crown Lands is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) submissions from interested parties (Proponent/s) for the lease of land at Tomingley, 55km south of Dubbo, NSW.

The land area includes Lot 4 DP822417 and adjoining Crown Roads (the Site).

The Site is approximately 20,000m2 with an extensive highway frontage of some 160m. Currently providing hard stand areas and an amenities facility, the site is currently used as a truck parking area. 

The opportunity of a Lease is available under section 34A of the Crown Lands Act 1989 for a term to be negotiated. Rent will be determined at a value that takes into consideration the social, economic and environmental benefits to the community, based a Business Plan to be provided by the Proponent as part of their submission.
