Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably experienced and qualified waste management consultants to prepare a strategic waste management plan for the region.
Membership of the SMRC includes the following local governments:
* City of Cockburn
* Town of East Fremantle
* City of Fremantle
* City of Kwinana
* City of Melville
The plan will inform the SMRC and participating member Councils of the various options available to continue to meet and exceed the targets set for diversion of waste from landfill now and into the future and meet the requirements of the WARR Act.
Tenders submitted shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked - "Request for Tender SMRC 2015/02 - Preparation of a Strategic Waste Management Plan” and lodged in the tender box at the SMRC offices not later than 2:00pm Tuesday 17 February 2015.
Late tenders will not be considered. Canvassing of Councillors or officers may invalidate the Tender.
