Tender Description
Tenders closing at 10.00am on Monday 23 February 2015 are invited to supply Tradesperson services for the maintenance of buildings throughout the Shire of Northam.
Trades include but are not limited to: Bricklaying, Brick paving, Concreting, Cabinet Making, Carpentry, Carpet laying, Data cabling, Electrical services, Fencing, Graffiti removal, Glazing, Painting, Plastering, Plumbing, Steel fabrication, Welding, Tiling and Tree Lopping.
Tender documents can be obtained by contacting Nathan Gough, Building and Project Supervisor on (08) 9622 6146 during business hours.
Tenders are to be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “TENDER 5/15” addressed to the Shire of Northam, PO Box 613, Northam WA 6401, or dropped into the Tender box at the Shire Office at 395 Fitzgerald Street, Northam. Late tenders and tenders submitted by facsimile or email will not be accepted.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily selected. Canvassing of Councillors or Staff will disqualify.
