The PSBA on behalf of QPS is seeking the provision of a self-contained Automatic Number Recognition (ANPR) solution as a managed service which is fit for purpose for use by law enforcement agencies.
The purpose of this Early Market Engagement (EME) is to obtain an understanding of current market capability as well as support the development of an Invitation to Offer through the refinement of requirements. The QPS is open to and seeking best-of-breeds and alternative solutions in the delivery of an ANPR managed service as well as any other information that the market deems appropriate.
Responses must be lodged by 2.00 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time on Monday 23 February 2015. Responses must be lodged electronically to Queensland Government E-Tendering website (QTenders).
