School Curriculum and Standards Authority (the Authority) requires a managed online assessment authoring, delivery and/or marking solution to achieve the Online Literacy and Numeracy Assessment (OLNA) requirements.

The Authority may consider either awarding to a single contractor who can deliver the end to end solution, or to multiple contractors for the delivery of:

* An integrated online assessment authoring and delivery solution; and
* An online open response human-marking solution.

The Successful Respondent(s) will deliver an online solution, including other incidental services necessary to facilitate the Authority’s key outcomes.
