Tender Description
The existing building is failing due to structural inadequacies and damage caused by previous flood events. MBRC are seeking offers to address these failings by one of the following options: Option A – Repairs to existing structure or Option B – Demolition, Design & Construct new structure.
Offers are invited for the execution and completion of the Works described below in accordance with the Drawings supplied herewith, the Conditions of Tender, MBRC’s Special Conditions of Contract, MBRCs Major Works Contract referencing either AS2124-1992 or AS4902-2000 supplied herein and any other information issued by the Principal for the purposes of tendering.
