Air Conditioning Refurbishment Min Min Centre and Shire Hall

⁠⁠⁠Tenders, closing 4.00pm Tuesday 17th February 2015, are invited for the following works:

Min Min Encounter Centre: The removal and replacement of the existing Temperzone air cooled condensing units and fan coils, replacement of the automatic temperature control system, replacement of the condensate drainage system, removal or replacement or augmentation of insulation, ducting and pipe work to accommodate new systems and balance a/c load.

Boulia Shire Hall: Removal of four condensing sets from side to rear of building and repair/or replace any of the eight units in the hall that are faulty.
