Engage a Consultant to undertake the production of an 'Economic Tourism Development Action Plan' for the Shire of Carnarvon. The purpose of the plan is to create and find means where the Shire and the private sector can drive and build economic development in the Shire for the next five (5) years, with a specific emphasis on tourism.
