Cyclonic Rated Storage Shed - Exmouth Aerodrome

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Exmouth invites sealed quotations from suitably qualified and licensed contractors for the construction of a cyclonic category Drated gable roof colorbond storage shed at Exmouth Aerodrome.

The quote is to include relevant plans, building approvals and licenses as required. Allowance must also be made for any site preparation required.

Shed dimensions as follows

6m Long
4m Wide
2.4m High

The building is to be fitted with a tilt panel door at one end and a personal access door at the other. The shed will require a 100mm thick concrete slab and ramp to the tilt panel door entrance for vehicle access.

* Site inspection recommended to confirm scope of works area. Should you require a site inspection, call the Shire’s Airport Manager, Steve Kox, on 9949 1326 or 0409 827 875 prior to close of business on 05/02/2015 to arrange an inspection time.
* Work to be completed by 30/04/2015
* As constructed building plans to be supplied to the Shire.
* All materials supplied and works carried out shall be in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and relevant Australian Standards.
* Successful contractor to ensure all WorkSafe procedures are observed.
* Quotations to be detailed showing price per unit and total cost (including GST).
* Lowest or any quote not necessarily accepted.
* Please list any other similar jobs which you have worked on in the past.
* Evidence of Public Liability Insurance (minimum $5,000,000) to be presented.
