Sale of 17 x Cars

⁠⁠⁠Description: Isaac Regional Council invites tenders for 17 x cars they shall be sold as-is where-is condition. The vehicles being offered maybe inspected at Council Depot, Moranbah on Thursday 29 January 2015 between 10am and 12 pm.

Mandatory Requirements: The tenderer is required to submit an offer to purchase the vehicles detailed in the Tender Schedule.

Obtaining Documentation: All required documentation will be supplied upon request.

Enquiries: All enquiries and requests for documentation should be directed to Local Laws on 1300 472 227 or email locallawtask@isaac.qld.gov.au.

Changes: Section 177 of the Local Government Act (Finance, Plans & Reporting) Regulation 2010, relating to changes to Tenders, may be applied.

Lodgement of Tenders: Tenders must be lodged in the Tender Box of Isaac Regional Council at Moranbah or addressed to The Chief Executive Officer - Isaac Regional Council, PO Box 97, Moranbah QLD 4744 or lodged by email addressed to tenders@isaac.qld.gov.au.

Tenders must be received by Council no later than Friday February 13, 2015
